Opening night in the baseball playoffs, and there is a run line system pick for tonights game between the Chicago Cubs and the Arizona Diamondbacks.

I do not like betting on these heavy favorites (-180 and above) and if you have been following you know that I normally do not pick them.  This play though is strong enough though that I would go as high as -250 with this game.  I like the Cubs to win this game outright, so if you don’t want to lay that big of a number play the Cubs to win +115.

Big winner yesterday with the Brewers, 7-4.  Nothing fitting for today, like a couple games but not enough to play em or post em.

I really like Zombrano and the Cubs to win by more then a couple of runs tonight over the Cardinals and Kip Wells. Zombrano has been very tough all year, and up until recently Wells has been down right awful. Wells has looked good his last 3 games, but tonight he comes back to earth. I like this at +105 and higher, and at +135 I really like it.

If a team was -200 +1.5 you bet 200 to win 100, and if the team was +150 -1.5 you bet 100 to win 200. Looks like there is some nice value on the Orioles and the Blue Jays, probably most of it from playing that Yankees and Red Sox so many times at very high prices. Twin, Indians, and Tigers all with winning records in the AL Central and all losing money, while 4 teams from the AL East are profittable.

Tough game last night as Cleveland gave up 9 runs in 1 inning,but actually had multiple chances to tie it and take the lead. They ended up losing 11-10. Good one tonight though, as San Francisco takes on the Cubs with a very favorable run line.
