Hi Dave,

Run Line Baseball System Picks looking good thus far this April . . . how did the System do for April 2007?

Also, could you post System results (won/loss, units) for each 2007 month?

Lastly, you may want to change your header from 2007 to 2008 to note the current year.

Regards,

Hi Drew. I know what kind of system you are talking about, chasing losses until a team wins or playing home stands or road trips, etc....This is not one of those systems.

This system is about finding run line games that have "value", or at least that show value in my data.

These plays are stand alone plays, if they win or lose it does not have any bearing on plays for tomorrow.

What is "value" in the run line system? Value is the difference in my data and the lines. Sometimes it is paying less for a team that is getting the +1.5, and sometimes it is getting more money when the team is favored -1.5.

Now I am not a bookmaker, so you can imagine that many, many of the games have different lines then my data. My plays are games that have at least a $50 difference in price between the books and my data.

So to give an example from tonights game, my data shows Seattle as a -1.5 +110, yet the line was +165 when I posted this, so it is a play because I am over that $50 difference.

Nice to meet you Drew.

I'm new to this blog and am very interested on your progress. I have a question to ask of you. When there are more than one play playing at the same time, is each play on a different betting series?
